Ordu is one of the most beautiful destinations in the world with its natural riches, historical texture, sea, mountains and plateaus. You can do all kinds of nature sports in our city where four seasons are experienced. Skiing and winter tourism, sea and summer tourism, bird watching, mountaineering, trekking, camping, picnic, swimming, trying our region's trout and natural flavors.

Boztepe and Cable Car

Being at an altitude of 450 meters from the sea, it is amazing to watch all the beauties of the province and the magnificence of the Black Sea from Boztepe.

Yason Burnu (Cape Jason)

Cape Jason harkens back to ancient times when a temple of Jason stood at the edge of the sea, protecting the sailors of Black Sea's treacherous waters. A church later replaced the temple with a similar mission. It now sits in total solitude in an overgrown cornfield next to a lighthouse overlooking the roaring waves of the Pontus. Cape Jason Natural and Archeological Sit Area is on the borders of Çaytepe village in Perşembe county, on a small peninsula facing the sea. This area is currently a governmental environmental protection area, classified as second degree. The church still stands here, with the ruins of its garden wall.

Çambaşi Plateau and Ski Area

Ordu is one of the most beautiful destination of the world with its nature historical texture, sea, streams and plateaus. You can enjoy bird watching, mountaineering, trekking, camping, picnic, swimming, natural trout and tasting local delicacies in Çambaşi Plateau, which has become a center of attraction with the opening of our ski area.

Ordu Beach

It is very enjoyable to walk on the 5 kilometer long Ordu coast, which has the longest walking area of the Black Sea, and to visit the natural beach.

Perşembe Plateau, Aybasti

Perşembe Plateau is a high meadow, one of the biggest tourist attractions in the area, located 17 km from the town of Aybasti. Under snow in winter but popular with walkers and trekkers in summer, when there are folklore festivals and country fairs in the 3rd week of July.Perşembe Plateau has one of the best example of meander in Turkey even its picture is already taken place at geography textbooks.

Taşbaşi Church and Menekşe Street

Ordu City Center Taşbaşi Neighborhood is within the urban protected area. The church was built in the east-west direction, in a rectangular style. There is a large apse in the east and two smaller apses on the sides. The main space of the church is divided into three naves with three columns in two rows. The semardam roof of the church is carried by arches supported by columns. It is a basilica-shaped building that has survived to the present day, made entirely of cut stone (except for the dome). It was built in 1853 by Orthodox Christians living in the region. It has been used as a Cultural Center (multi-purpose hall) since April 10, 2000.

Kurul Castle - Yoroz Hill

It is a first degree archaeological and natural site built on a sharp rock, located within the borders of Bayadi Village, 13 kilometers from the city center, and is an ancient settlement. 250 - 300 stairs were unearthed. Terracotta roof tiles and ceramic pieces of masonry found during the excavation were examined and dated to the BC. II. and it was determined that settlement was made in the 1st century. Archaeological excavations were carried out in 2010 and 2011 by the Turkish Republic Army Governorate and Museum Directorate. This area is the first archaeological excavation site in the Black Sea Region. As a result of the excavations, temple and castle walls dating back 3000 years were found. Excavations continued in 2012 as well. The " Excavation House" was put into service to be used in archaeological excavations.

Yoroz City Forest, which is within the borders of  Saraycik Village of our city, is 20 km from Ordu Center. Most of the road is asphalt, the rest is stabilized, and it is famous for its rich forests and viewing terrace. Hunting and wildlife are rich. It is rich in flora and fauna, and all the necessary arrangements for a picnic in the city forest have been made by the Environment and Forestry Directorate.

Hoynat Island and Persembe Beach Road

Hoynat Island is located in Persembe District. Transportation is easily provided by asphalt road. It is right next to the Hoynat tunnel within the borders of Ramazan village. It is estimated that sailors used it as a warehouse and shelter in the past. It has water residue on it. It is a bird paradise where seagulls and cormorants live. It is the place where Crested Cormorants make their only nest in Turkey.

Ulugol Nature Park

It is a crater lake located 17 km from Gölköy district center. The area of ​​​​26.5 hectares is the Nature Park. It has a high landscape value due to its natural structure.

Çiseli Waterfall

Çiseli Waterfall, located in the Persembe Plateau at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level in Aybasti district, attracts attention with its natural beauty and fauna. Streams coming out of the pond that form meanders in the plateau gather in Kümbet creek and pour from the waterfall 3 kilometers downstream from here. Flowing from a height of about 30 meters, the waterfall is a frequent destination for thousands of local and foreign tourists.

Yesilce Houses, Mesudiye

Yeşilce, which has transformed from a town to a neighborhood with Ordu's metropolitan municipality, offers different beauties in other seasons as well as in summer for those who want to spend time with nature. Contrary to the scattered Black Sea settlement, the houses with their collective settlement, red and well-maintained roofs reminiscent of Safranbolu houses, white exterior facades, and the architectural structure of the Black Sea Region, attract the attention of visitors.

Küpkaya Canyon

Transportation between Ordu and Ulubey can be done easily from Ordu center. Ordu-Küpkaya Canyon: It is 39 km. It is located in Kardesler Village of Ulubey district, 32 km from Ordu province and 9 km from Ulubey district.

Asarkaya National Park

Asarkaya Urban Forest (Asarkaya National Park, Ünye Urban Forest) is approximately 4 km from the Ünye district of Ordu. It is a picnic and promenade area planted in the distance. Asarkaya City Forest, located in an area that adds more oxygen to the air with the trees it hosts, besides the clean air of the Black Sea, is a spot where everyone, big or small, can have a fun time. Affordable prices, picnic tables, tea service in a ready-made samovar, playgrounds, swings for adults and more are waiting for you.

Sirripasa Street (Fidangör Street)

Sirripasa Street, the oldest shopping street of the city, which has been called Fidangör Caddesi among the people since 1926-27, gained a modern and aesthetic appearance with the touches of the Metropolitan Municipality.

Ablak Stone, Turnalik

Turnalik Ablak Stone is the natural terrace in the forest in Ordu encounter a perfect view.

Ablak Stone in Kabadüz district, with its height and natural terrace feature, is one of the places that those who come to the plateau must visit.

Those who reach Ablak Stone, surrounded by spruce forests, can see the endless forests of Ordu and Giresun and the Impenetrable Canyon.

Ablak Stone, located in the Kale Boynu Obasi of the district, has become a frequent destination for those who come to the plateau.
